In this day and age where technology has changed practically every aspect of the way we do things, it’s simply amazing to see how many still use traditional methods and tools when it comes to Project Management. No wonder we still see many projects fail or get delayed and exceed budget in spite of the abundance of tools, not just for Project Management, but also for collaborative communication, which are essential, if not critical, especially for large projects.
